You will work with their supply chain team to enhance warehousing processes. You will be responsible for design/analysis, estimating, coding, testing, application performance, and documenting all code. In this role, you will:

- Work with a team to develop changes to our Domestic Retail WMS application.
- Work with co-located and remote key team members to include Systems Analysts, Tech Leads, Developers, Testers, and Management to design, build, and unit test the WMS application.
- Discuss and fundamentally understand business problems and speak to the team about technical designs and functionality.
- Develop PL/SQL programs and business logic based on business requirements, user stories, and/or tech designs.
- Create code merge requests and review deliverables with Tech Leads.
- Maintain lower development environments to be in sync with each other and with higher testing environments.
- Participate in writing test cases, documenting testing results, and provide testing support during the testing phases.
- Participate in team Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure work meets functionality and quality expectations within given timelines.
- The Ideal Candidate
- 4 Year degree in an IT related field.
- 3+ years of experience in development and support of WMS applications, preferably RDM or Oracle Retail.
- Experience supporting custom development, Oracle package applications, and interfaces to existing applications.
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Tuning, Oracle Forms, JSON, and Unix commands.
- Experience with database concepts and ability to read data models.
- Strong problem solving, analysis, design, and development skills.
- Experience in writing and interpreting both high level and detailed designs.
- Ability to navigate technical issues and evaluate risk.
- Experience with testing and project management tools, preferably Jira and Wiki Confluence.
- Experience with code management and pipeline tools, preferably GitLab
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of complex tasks and activities.
- Experience in Java J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, and REST services is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive pay – 100k to 140k per year
